Welcome to NailedbyAilee. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before booking an appointment or using any of our services.

1. Appointment Booking

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be made via phone, online booking system, or in person at the salon. We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or text. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
  • Walk-ins: Walk-ins are accepted based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
  • Late Cancellations/No Shows: Appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of [Insert Fee Amount], charged to the credit card on file.
  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment, depending on availability. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to accommodate other clients.

3. Pricing and Payment

4. Gift Cards and Promotions

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased from the Salon are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for [Insert Validity Period] and must be presented at the time of service.

  • COVID-19 Precautions: We follow all local health guidelines regarding COVID-19 or other infectious diseases. Face coverings, hand sanitizing, and social distancing protocols may be in place.

6. Refund and Satisfaction Policy

  • Services: If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon or within 24 hours of your appointment. We may offer corrections at no additional charge.
  • Products: Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt for a full refund. Opened or used products are non-refundable.

7. Personal Belongings

  • Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while at the salon. The salon is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

8. Liability

  • Limitations: The Salon is not responsible for any adverse reactions to treatments if medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities were not disclosed at the time of the appointment.
  • Damage: The Salon is not liable for damage to nails or enhancements after the client has left the premises.

9. Minors

  • Policy for Children: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. For the safety and comfort of all clients, children not receiving services should be supervised at all times.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Personal Information: We collect and store personal information provided by clients for appointment scheduling, billing, and marketing purposes. We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.
  • Marketing: By providing your contact information, you agree to receive promotional materials from the Salon. You can opt out at any time by notifying us or following the unsubscribe instructions in marketing communications.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Salon reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be posted on our website and in the salon.
